Shipping Time: orders received before 3:30PM Central will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:30 PM Central will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and service you select during checkout.  Orders shipped via Media Mail can take anywhere from 3-10 days to arrive, and orders shipped Priority generally take 2-3 days to be delivered. The shipping rate ares weight based, and we do not assess additional handling charges.   

Return Policy 

Items can be returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt, so long as the books are unused and in sellable condition.  Please allow for two weeks for returns to be processed upon receipt at our location, although they are typically processed much more quickly.  Please note that from the time we issue the refund to the time the funds re-appear in your account varies by banking institution and can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.  Digital items are non-returnable and considered a firm sale.

The customer is responsible for pay for the return shipping unless the wrong item was sent and/or there was a mistake on our part in fulfilling the order.  In those cases we will send a pre-paid return label.
